Paritee appoints Henrik Ebbesen as Head of AI Integration

Copenhagen/Oslo, June 23, 2026 – Paritee, the fast-growing international strategic communications advisory group, today announced the appointment of Henrik Ebbesen as Head of AI Integration, a newly established role that formalises and strengthens the group’s efforts to embed artificial intelligence across its international network.

Reporting to Elizabeth Gladwin, Chief Data and Innovation Officer, Ebbesen will work closely with agencies across the Paritee network to further integrate AI-enabled tools, workflows and capabilities into both client delivery and internal operations. His role represents the next step in scaling initiatives already underway across the group’s agencies and specialist practices.

Ebbesen’s remit spans both the group’s internal transformation and its client-facing advisory. Internally, it includes further developing and rolling out a shared AI platform across Paritee’s agencies, establishing common frameworks and KPIs, creating centralised learning programmes, and supporting the group’s AI governance, tooling and operating model. Externally, he will continue to scale Paritee’s AI consultancy offer, advising clients on how to embed AI across their communications and corporate affairs functions and supporting them through practical, measurable transformation.

Based in Copenhagen, Ebbesen is a Partner at Geelmuyden Kiese and has played a central role in developing AI capabilities across both the agency and the wider Paritee network. He has advised clients on the practical application of AI in communications and corporate affairs, while helping develop new tools, workflows and training programmes that support adoption across teams and markets.

Ebbesen will continue to divide his time between client work and his responsibilities at Paritee, ensuring that the group’s AI strategy remains closely connected to practical application and client needs.

The appointment builds on investments already made through the Paritee AI Hub, which supports the deployment of AI tools, training and workflows across the network, as well as the group’s specialist data, analytics and intelligence capabilities through Truth Consulting. Together, these initiatives have established a strong foundation for the responsible and practical application of AI across Paritee’s agencies and markets.

Paritee is progressing from AI adoption toward a clear ambition of becoming fully AI-native over the coming years,” said Elizabeth Gladwin. “Henrik has already played a key role in advancing AI capabilities across our platform. As we build on that momentum, his experience and pragmatic approach will be instrumental in scaling proven solutions and embedding AI into how we operate and help our clients navigate their own AI transformation. The real value comes when we turn our hands-on experience into practical advisory that delivers measurable results for the businesses we serve”.

Henrik Ebbesen said: “AI is already changing how agencies operate and how clients expect to be served. Across Paritee, we have already built significant momentum and substantial experience in this area. The evolution of this is to ensure that knowledge, tools and best practices are shared effectively across the network, enabling teams across agencies to work smarter and helping clients realise the full potential of these technologies. The future of communications will be powered by AI, but defined by people. Data, analytics and machine intelligence give us speed, scale and precision; human expertise ensures that creativity, ethics and trusted relationships remain at the heart of everything we do. Our long-term ambition is to establish Paritee as a leading AI-enabled communications network, setting the benchmark for innovation, collaboration and measurable impact in a new era of communications.”
