Paritee acquires Brussels consultancy RPP Group
Brussels/Oslo, November 5, 2025 – Paritee, the growing European-based communications agency platform today announced the acquisition of RPP Group, a leading public affairs consultancy headquartered in Brussels, specialising in healthcare, life sciences and other highly regulated sectors. The transaction strengthens Paritee’s position in Brussels and expands its pan-European expertise across regulated and policy-driven sectors.
Founded in 2002, RPP Group focuses on advocacy and public affairs in highly regulated industries. The consultancy combines deep sector expertise with a strong sense of responsibility in shaping Europe’s political and social agenda, earning a reputation as a trusted adviser across the continent. With more than 60 consultants representing over 16 nationalities, RPP operates from offices in Brussels, Berlin, Paris, Madrid, Rome, and London.
“RPP Group brings deep expertise in European public affairs and a unique stronghold in healthcare and life sciences. Above all, RPP stands out as one of Brussels’ most trusted consultancies, defined by exceptional people and strong leadership,“ says Jonas Palmqvist, CEO Paritee and new Chairman of RPP Group.
The acquisition further scales Paritee’s EMEA platform and deepens its strategically important foothold in Brussels – the heart of European policymaking. Together with its Public Affairs teams at Brands2Life (UK/US), Fenton Fitzwilliam (Ireland/Brussels), Geelmuyden Kiese (Denmark, Norway, Sweden) and LHLK Gruppe (Germany), the addition of RPP enhances Paritee’s ability to serve clients across borders, win international mandates and attract top-tier talent.
“Becoming part of Paritee is both a natural step and a proud moment for our team, marking the start of a new chapter that connects our Brussels roots with a broader European presence. Our culture, values and entrepreneurial spirit remain unchanged, but our reach and impact will grow. We will continue to build on our expertise within healthcare and life sciences while expanding into other high-impact areas such as energy and technology — where we have already laid strong foundations and see a steadily growing client base,” says Lutz Dommel, CEO RPP Group.
RPP Group will continue to operate under its existing brand, led by Dommel as CEO, who also joins Paritee as Partner and member of the Executive Committee. The management team, including Kit Greenop, a key driver of RPP’s healthcare practice who also becomes a Partner of Paritee, will further strengthen the consultancy’s position within public affairs and advocacy, building on recent growth and advancing Paritee’s long-term goals.
RPP founder Sebastian Rohde and principal shareholder Dr. Marc-Angelo Bisotti will both become Paritee shareholders as part of the transaction. Having built RPP into a leading European consultancy in healthcare public affairs, Rohde will continue as Senior Advisor, while Dr. Bisotti will focus on his AI-driven policy data company.
“The acquisition of RPP Group reflects our disciplined expansion – building scale in markets and sectors where we can create meaningful impact for clients. The addition of RPP Group strengthens our position in Europe’s most regulated and strategically important sectors and marks a clear step in our growth strategy as we expand across priority markets and establish Paritee as a bold challenger in the international communications landscape,” says Lars Erik Grønntun, Founder and Executive Chairman of Paritee.
The addition of RPP further cements Paritee’s position as a new breed of collaborative European agency platform. Together, the group generates annual net sales exceeding €60 million, with approximately 500 employees from 16 offices in 12 markets.
