Paritee expands CFO remits across its growing network

Frankfurt/London/Oslo, July 9, 2026 – Paritee, the fast-growing international communications and advisory firm, today announced expanded regional leadership responsibilities for two of its senior finance executives as the group continues to strengthen its operating model across Europe.

Trevor Hall assumes responsibility as CFO for Paritee’s UK and Ireland operations, encompassing Brands2Life, Fenton Fitzwilliam and Truth Consulting, beginning 1 June. Catherine Dächert-Tessier, currently CFO of LHLK Gruppe, will assume responsibility for Paritee’s Continental European operations from 1 September 2026, covering LHLK Gruppe and RPP Group.

In their expanded roles, both Hall and Dächert-Tessierare will report to local leadership and Paritee Group CFO Rune Wilhelmsen. The appointments reflect Paritee’s continued focus on operational excellence, financial discipline and closer collaboration across its growing portfolio of communications, advisory and public affairs businesses.

Trevor Hall is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (FCA), with more than 15 years of senior financial leadership experience spanning multinational corporations, private equity-backed media businesses, professional services firms and founder-led growth companies. His career includes senior finance roles at Man Group, Red Bee Media and Deloitte Financial Advisory in the Middle East.

Catherine Dächert-Tessier brings more than 25 years of international finance leadership experience across the communications industry. Prior to joining LHLK Gruppe as CFO and Board Member, she served as CFO and Managing Director of Burson Germany and previously held senior finance leadership positions at Hill & Knowlton, Cohn & Wolfe and Young & Rubicam. Throughout her career, she has led complex integrations, finance transformations and operational improvement programmes across multiple markets.

Hall will continue to be based in the United Kingdom, while Dächert-Tessier will remain based in Germany.
